Al Urpsis
CEO/President
Al has worked in the natural product industry for over 40 years as a distributor rep, a broker rep, a DSD owner, a supplement rep, and a supplement sales manager before becoming an owner of Breakout in 2008. He has built this team consistently fine-tuning them to the point that he feels he has the best in the industry. He insists that having strong systems is key to a strong sales organization, and his team's strong work ethic demonstrates this.
Noah Cutts
Territory Account Manager
Noah was introduced to the Natural Products Industry at a very young age when his dad opened a health food store in Minneapolis Minnesota in 1990, and and his involvement in the industry continued on the retail side when he moved to Arizona in 2005 and managed a Fresh Vitamins store for 6+ years before taking a position as Breakout's Arizona & New Mexico field rep. Currently Breakout's Arizona Key Accounts manager, he handles the Sprouts Farmers Market, Bashas/AJ's/Food City, and Albertsons Southwest accounts for Breakout
Aven Estes

Aven has been in the Health Food Industry for 17 years. I owned my own small Health Food Store in Spanish Fork, UT for 8 years where I met the most amazing customers, friends and reps. One of them being Al, the owner of Breakout Sales! I love the never ending excitement of learning about and trying new products in this industry!
I was born in Tucson AZ, then shortly after moved to Page, AZ where my father helped in the construction of the Glen Canyon Dam. I lived in Page until I went away to college in UT (thus earning the title of Dam Child). Utah became my home for the next 35 years. Raising my 3 children in Southern UT then moving to Central UT. It’s great fun being able to represent our brands in my 2 favorite states!

Joseph Olvera
Territory Account Manager
Joseph holds a bachlors degree in Business Adminstration and is an experienced broker who is always striving for the best. He also has extensive knowledge of the grocery world since he was a department manager at a grocery store for 8 plus years, he uses his knowledge of the grocery world and applies it to his techniques in the brokerage world. These techniques have proven to be very effective in connecting with buyers and establishing valubale relationships with them.

Deeja is a complete "natural foodie" and embraces all natural products that she represents. She has been a natural products sales representative & educator in the NM area for 12+ years now, and will never do anything else. "I love helping people stay healthy!"

Jamie comes to us with 14 years of experience in the CPG Industry with a core focus in distribution and purchasing. She thrives on supporting efforts that help grow and nurture relationships at all levels of business.
In her spare time she loves walking, gardening, reading, animals, and musical theatre."
